How do I use this?
After cleansing and eye cream, press a few drops over face and neck, then follow with your moisturiser. The vitamin C serum is for mornings; the peptide, exosome and prebiotic serums work morning or evening. If you layer two serums, the lightest texture goes first. The exact dose is in the “How to use” panel above.
When will I see results?
Skin feels softer and more hydrated straight away. Brightening ingredients such as vitamin C, kojic acid and niacinamide need 4–6 weeks of regular use, and peptides need 8–12 weeks. Anything promising faster is overselling.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our face formulas contain fragrance (Parfum) or essential oils, so they are not the first choice for very reactive skin. The fragrance-free options are the Exosome & Niacinamide Serum and the Hydrogel Eye Patches; the exfoliator contains menthol and kojic acid. Patch-test anything new on your inner arm for 24 hours, or write to us for the full ingredient list.
How long does delivery take?
Every product is made to order and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery takes 2–4 working days in Germany, 3–7 across Europe and 2–5 in the USA (shipped from our US warehouse, no import duties). Shipping is free on every order during our opening offer.
