Where we ship

We ship worldwide. The available shipping options and the exact cost for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Free shipping

Orders of €100 or more ship free to every country we deliver to. It is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

 

Processing time

Our products are made to order. Orders are usually dispatched within 5–7 working days.

 

Delivery times

An estimated delivery date is shown for each shipping option at checkout. As a guide, after dispatch: Germany and the EU typically 2–5 working days; United Kingdom and Switzerland typically 3–7 working days; all other destinations typically 7–20 working days.

 

Shipping costs

Costs depend on the destination and the weight of the parcel. Within the EU they start at €7.38. For most destinations outside Europe a flat rate of €19.90 applies. The exact amount is always shown at checkout.

 

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier.

 

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the authorities in the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
